★ All products come pre-sanded and smooth to the touch   
★ 3-5 business days for production, but we are always happy to accommodate rush orders!   
★ The wood comes untreated and is beautiful when left as-is. We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled. 
★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Almost all products can be assembled with a screw driver, but an electric drill is recommended.

-Additional Shipping Fee(s) may apply for International, HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO.  We will send you an Etsy link to pay for the additional shipping to these areas if applicable.
-If your order is being shipped to an address outside of the United States, local consumer tax and/or customs duty may apply. The recipient may be responsible for paying duties and/or taxes in order to clear customs. For more information, please check your local tax and customs regulations.

GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-All our wood products come untreated. If you are planning to use your product outdoors or around water, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.

REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.
