Do this only when you consider it to be essential. A case in point could\u003cbr\u003ebe when the instrument has not been played over a long period of time or the memb-\u003cbr\u003erane has been exposed to humidity. In this case the screws must be loosened\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe tuning process in detail\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA tuning of the membrane should only be carried out in exceptional circumstances and\u003cbr\u003eavoided if possible. Turn the Sansula over so that the fine gap between the upper and\u003cbr\u003elower parts of the frame can be seen. Then, using the Allen wrench supplied, turn the\u003cbr\u003escrews clockwise in order 2,5,1,6,3,4 (see diagram) until the gap at each point just be-\u003cbr\u003egins to widen. Make sure that the gap is the same at all points around the frame. Now\u003cbr\u003etest the sound. If you are not satisfied, turn all the screws in the same order as before,\u003cbr\u003ebut only in steps of 1\/8 turns of the wrench (see diagram again).
