The Trekell Pet Portrait Competition returns for 2026 with a fresh format and 36 opportunities to win prizes and recognition. This year's panel measures 8" x 10", giving you more space to capture the personality and presence of your subject.

We're proud to welcome this year's juror, Hannah Webb, also known as The Obanoth. She will select winners based on creativity, skill, and originality.

Your entry begins with the official 2026 Trekell Pet Portrait Panel. Complete your artwork directly on the panel, photograph it, and submit your image through our website to be considered for prizes and recognition.

This competition is open to artists of all skill levels.

• Size: 8" x 10"
• Material: 1/2" thick raw Baltic Birch (B/BB grade)
• Surface: Pre-sanded with 180-grit
• Prep: Sealing and priming recommended
• Compatible with oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, ink, charcoal, pastel, pencil, pyrography, and enamel when properly prepared
• Display: Keyhole on the back for easy hanging
