What is Bittim soap?
Bittim, also written Bıttım, is the name used for this traditional Turkish soap made with wild pistachio oil. This bar combines that oil with olive oil. Its earthy scent comes from the ingredients rather than an added perfume.

How to use and store Bittim soap
Wet the bar, work up a lather and rinse thoroughly after washing. Keep it out of standing water between uses. Read our soap storage guide for ways to help your bar last.
Bittim soap or Aleppo soap?
Bittim uses wild pistachio oil. Our Aleppo soap uses a blend of 40% laurel berry oil and 60% olive oil. Compare the ingredients and scent to choose your bar, or explore the handmade soap collection.
