 For sale is an emerald that originates from the northern regions of Pakistan (Swat region).  The emerald has a deep green hue to it (characteristically different from the emeralds that originate from Muzo, Colombia, which have a lighter, parrot green hue to them).  This stone originates from the emerald mines of the northern territories of Pakistan which are home to some of the finest emeralds in the world.
